In May 2024, Kazona Maycroft was awarded an exclusive Mandate to Facilitate and Advise on sale of equity in Newrest ASL Nigeria Plc (a subsidiary of Newrest Group, France, the World’s largest airline catering service), held by its local Nigerian Chairman to investors.
Kazona Maycroft continues to implement the scope of work and terms of its mandate under the project, including amongst others, procuring interested investors from a local and international pool, to successfully fulfil this mandate. Discussions and DD with an investor are currently ongoing.
