In August 2023, Kazona Maycroft was awarded an on-going mandate by Africa Merchant Capital Pty Ltd (“AMC”), a South African financier, to act as Facilitator of projects in the West African market for financing (debt and/or equity) by AMC.
Kazona Maycroft successfully facilitated a number of projects in Nigeria and Ghana respectively with a combined value of over US$30m for financing consideration by AMC
