In September 2024, Kazona Maycroft was awarded an exclusive mandate by Serind S.p.A., Italy (the sole licensed dealer of Fiat Automotive products in Africa) to facilitate and advise on the sale of equity in Motor Parts Industry Ltd, Nigeria (its subsidiary in Nigeria), to investors.
Kazona Maycroft continues to implement the scope of work and terms of its mandate under the project, including, among others, procuring interested investors from a local and international pool, to successfully fulfil this mandate.
